How long does it actually take?+

8–10 weeks from signup to certificate. Some clients have done it faster. The bottleneck is usually NDIS Commission processing time, not us. The closer to July 2027, the slower it gets.

Do I need to be registered already?+

No. This service is for getting registered. If you're already registered and need help maintaining compliance or expanding scope, mention that on the discovery call.

What if I don't pass my audit?+
