In 2023, Sam Tsen started Enrichment Care - a boutique NDIS provider focused on personality-based worker matching. Within 18 months the business was generating over half a million in annual run-rate, serving 60+ participants across seven Australian states.
Along the way, we tried every NDIS marketing agency, registration consultant, and growth coach on the market. Most had never set foot in an NDIS business. Their systems looked clean on slides, but fell apart the moment a real participant came through the door.
So we built our own. Our own participant acquisition system. Our own policy documentation, tested against real NDIS Commission audits. Our own proprietary workflows that let a small team punch far above its weight.
Provider Scale packages up everything we built for ourselves and sells it to other NDIS providers. Because we've felt your pain. Because we know what actually works. Because the sector deserves better than consultants who've never done the work.
