Module 4 only applies to providers who deliver supports in their own facilities. Most home-based providers skip this module. SIL providers, SDA providers, day programmes, respite centres and any provider with shared accommodation must comply. Quality indicators include: physical environment safety and accessibility, emergency and disaster planning, infection control, food handling (where applicable), and meaningful daily activities for residents/attendees. Module 4 audits include site walk-throughs.
