The full answer
The NDIS Practice Standards are the national quality framework set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Every registered provider must demonstrate compliance through audit. The four modules are: Module 1 (Rights and Responsibilities — participant choice, dignity, privacy, complaints), Module 2 (Provider Governance and Operational Management — risk, incidents, HR, continuous improvement), Module 3 (The Provision of Supports — service agreements, care planning, delivery), and Module 4 (The Provision of Supports Environment — only if you operate facilities like SIL homes or day programmes). Module 2 is where most providers fail audit.
