The full answer

Current NDIS cancellation rules: if a participant cancels within 7 days of the scheduled appointment (short notice), the provider can claim 100% of the cost from the participant's plan. If cancelled with more than 7 days notice (long notice), no claim is allowed. The provider must have a documented cancellation policy and the participant must have agreed to it via service agreement. Some support types and group services have different rules — check the current Pricing Arrangements.
