The full answer

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements set maximum claimable rates. Providers can charge anywhere from $0 to that cap. Considerations: 1) Most plan-managed and self-managed participants assume you're charging at the cap, 2) Below-cap pricing is rarely a competitive advantage — participants don't shop on price as much as on quality and fit, 3) Above-cap is illegal for NDIA-managed but allowed if disclosed for self-managed (rare), 4) Calculate your fully-loaded cost (worker pay + on-costs + overhead + margin) before setting price — many providers run thin margins by accident. Provider Scale's pricing calculator at /calculators/pricing/ models this.
